The holiday shopping season officially begins this Thursday, November 4 at the Brooklyn Women’s Exchange, 55 Pierrepont Street, between Hicks and Henry. This from the Exchange:
[T]he shop will be fully decorated for the holidays and stocked with hand-made treasures for Christmas and Hanukkah. We will stay open late on Thursdays throughout the holiday season, and will add longer weekend hours after Thanksgiving, staying open [un]til 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays. (We will not be having our annual party because of the ongoing pandemic, sadly.) We hope customers will come in to see the delightful festive transformation and to take advantage of the unique influx of merchandise which is sure to fly off the shelves!
And, this just in:
We will be serving ‘homemade take-away treats for all visitors to our Holiday Preview on Thursday’ from 12-7pm and ‘anyone who makes a purchase this Thursday is eligible to be included in a raffle for a $25 gift certificate.’
