Fake Bomber Hits Another Bank

Nabe photog Marc Hermann and blogger Frelkins checked in tonight with word that yet another bank robbery went down today on Montague Street. According to Hermann, it looks like it's the same perp who knocked off the Chase Bank on the strip earlier this week with the ol' "fake bomb in a box" trick.

    I’ve read that there are more bank robberies that you might know about because they’re almost always successful and the banks don’t want it on the street that they really can’t do anything about them. I guess it’s hard to take down a whole bank like in a movie, but easy to steal the cashier’s drawer and get away with it.

    So I wonder if this is a lot of robberies (it seems like it to me) or if I’m just hearing about them for once.
