    He won’t have to commute far, Wall Street is close.

    Or he can stay in Brooklyn and develop luxury condos.
    Or run for City Council. Or Borough President.
    Or he can become a lawyer/lobbyist for developers.
    If he chooses the latter, he can have the Borough President and the City Council over to dinner at his luxury condo where the guest of honor will be a developer.
