It’s almost like de Blasio wants to return NYC to the dirty 1970s. If you’re a homeowner or super, please try and do a little extra to keep your patch of the ‘hood clean.

C’mon De Blasio, enough with the on-again, off-again rules. Come clean on whether this is a budget move, pandemic-health move or just your usual waffling. And come up with a plan that actually jibes with the city’s needs in the COVID era. We don’t need more cars stored on our streets for weeks on end – we need more open streets and more open restaurant streets, and better enforcement to keep the cars out of the zones. Not MORE cars staying in the zones.
