This weekend, Bargemusic presents three solo performances by pianist Ivan Ilić (photo). On Friday evening, October 11 at 7:00 he will play one long piece, Hans Otte’s “The Book of Sounds.” On Saturday evening, October 12 at 6:00, he will play works by Keeril Makan, Scott Wollschleger, Melaine Dalibert (including two world premieres and two U.S. premieres of his works), and by Debussy and Satie. On Sunday afternoon, October 13 at 4:00, he will play works by Haydn, Antoine Reicha, and Beethoven.
On Saturday afternoon, October 12 at 4:00 there will be a free, family oriented “Music in Motion” concert, details here. Doors open at 3:45; first come, first seated.
