Fireworks Tonight!

There will be a fireworks display tonight — Saturday, May 11 — starting at approximately 11:45 p.m., near the Statue of Liberty. Thanks to our friends at Brooklyn Community Board 2 for the tip.

    The Notify NYC app alerted me to the fireworks Thursday evening. It’s a good app to have and the type of notifications you want to receive is customizable in the settings.
