Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Nearby

Fortune blesses us with another “Green Light” weekend. This weekend — Friday evening, March 22 to Monday morning, March 25 — there are no planned (as always, I stress “planned”) service changes directly affecting service at any local stations.

The following work week, each night Monday, March 25 to Friday, March 29 from 11:45 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. there will be no 3 train service in either direction at Clark Street or the 2/3 platforms at Borough Hall, but 2 trains should be running normally. For travel to or from locations in Brooklyn, 2 and 4 trains will provide alternative service. On each of these nights from 9:30 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. there will be no service in either direction at High Street, as A trains will be re-routed over the D and F lines between 59th Street-Columbus Circle and Jay Street-MetroTech, and C train service is ending early. Each night that week, from 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM, there will be extra Manhattan bound service at Court Street and at the R/N platforms at Jay Street-MetroTech, as Q trains will be diverted to the R line between DeKalb Avenue and Canal Street.

For planned service changes that may affect travel on other parts of the system, either during the weekend or the following week, and for unplanned disruptions, see MTA Info.
