This coming weekend the absence of 2/3 service in either direction at Clark Street and at the 2/3 platforms at Borough Hall, which the MTA now tells us will end on Saturday, June 23, is the only planned service change directly affecting stations in or near Brooklyn Heights.
The following work week (Monday, June 11 to Friday, June 15) each night from 9:45 PM until 5:00 AM there will also be no 2 or 3 service in either direction at those stations. On those same nights, from 11:45 PM until 5:00 AM, there will be no late night R train service. Late night R trains now only run between Whitehall Street, the lowest stop in downtown Manhattan, close to the Staten Island Ferry terminal, and 95th Street in Bay Ridge. During these hours N trains cover R stops in lower Manhattan as well as Court Street and the N/R platforms at Jay Street/Metro Tech, continuing from there to Coney Island. While R trains ar out of service, to get to or from Bay Ridge use free shuttle buses between there and 36th Street, where you can transfer from or to the N train.
For planned service changes that may affect travel on other parts of the system, either during the weekend or the following week, and for unplanned disruptions, see MTA Info.
