Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Vicinity

This holiday weekend (from 11:45 PM Friday, September 1 to 5:00 AM Tuesday, September 5), along with there being no 2 or 3 service to or from Manhattan, which means no service at Clark Street or on the 2/3 platforms at Borough Hall, Brooklyn bound F trains will be diverted to the A/C line between Canal Street and Jay Street-Metro Tech. This means no service from Manhattan to York Street in DUMBO; use the High Street station instead. To get to Brooklyn from the LES stations on the F, take an uptown F to West 4th and change to a Brooklyn bound A, C, or F there. Apart from that, there are no planned cancellations, route diversions, or station skips directly affecting service at any local stations. The following work week (Tuesday, September 5 to Friday, September 8) 2 and 3 service should be back to normal, but each night, from 11:45 PM to 5:00 AM, Manhattan bound F trains will be diverted to the A/C line between West 4th Street and Jay Street-Metro Tech.

For planned service changes that may affect travel on other parts of the system, either during the weekend or the following week, and for unplanned disruptions, see MTA Info.
