On Friday evening, May 12, starting at 8:00, Bargemusic presents “A Beethoven Odyssey,” featuring pianist Yael Weiss (photo) playing works by Beethoven, Paul Schoenfield, and Paul Chihara. On Saturday evening, May 13, at 8:00, and again on Sunday afternoon, May 14, at 4:00, the Semplice Players, along with violinist Mark Peskanov and pianist Nina Kogan, performing works by Bach, Boccherini, and Mendelssohn. On Saturday afternoon at 4:00 there will be a free, family oriented “Music in Motion” concert, co-sponsored by the Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy. Doors open at 3:45; first come, first seated.
