P.S. 8 Camp Expo This Saturday

Does the mild weather have you dreaming of summer? Planning on sending your kiddo(s) to camp? Then head over to the annual P.S. 8 Camp Expo is this Saturday to learn about the diverse programs available for both day and sleep away camp.  The expo takes place from 1:00 – 4:00 pm, PS 8 Gym, 37 Hicks St. Enter through Poplar Street.

Admission is free for parents, caregivers and kids. The PTA is also raffling off several prizes including:

  • One month membership to Brooklyn Boulders
  • Family Portrait Session from Roberto Falck Photography
  • PS8 parent and jewelry designer Beth Ward’s samples for Anthropologie
  • A variety of CDs

    I went to the expo last year and was very impressed with with wide assortment of options for both day and sleep away camps this fair offered.
    I selected Camp Eagle Hill, for a 7 year old I sponsor, and she loved it. In fact, I might even say it was transformative in forming new and improved behaviors.
