Coming at Brooklyn Historical Society

Thursday evening, October 20 at 7:30 p.m. the Broooklyn Historical Society will present another in its series of Randy Cohen’s Person Place Thing events. This one will feature Stew and Heidi Rodewald, creators of, and performers in, the musical The Total Bent. They will talk with Mr. Cohen “about life, love and music.” Admission is $10, or $5 for BHS or Green-Wood members; purchase tickets here.

On Monday evening, October 24 at 7:00 p.m., as part of BHS’s “Let’s Talk Feminism” series, there will be a discussion, “Nerd Girls Unite for Feminism!”, featuring a panel of four distinguished nerdy women, and moderated by Angélique Roché, Vice President of External Affairs at the Ms. Foundation for Women.
