Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Vicinity

This weekend (Friday, September 16 at 11:45 p.m. to Monday, September 19 at 5:00 a.m.) A and C trains running in both directions will be re-routed to the F line between Jay Street-Metro Tech and West 4th Street, so there will be no service at the High Street station. For stops in Manhattan below West 4th, use the 2 (the 3 will not be running this weekend) from Clark street or Borough Hall), the 4 from Borough Hall, or the R or (late night) N from Court Street. For those traveling into Brooklyn, the 4 will make all 3 stops between Nevins Street and New Lots Avenue.

The following work week (Monday, September 19 to Friday, September 23) each night from 11:45 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., Manhattan bound A trains (there is no C service late at night) will be diverted to the F line from Jay Street to West 4th Street, so there will be no service to Manhattan from High Street. For stops in Manhattan below west 4th use the 2 from Clark Street or Borough Hall (the 3 will not be running), the N (which replaces the R late at night) from Court Street, or the 4 (the 5 does not serve Brooklyn late at night) from Borough Hall.

For planned service changes that may affect travel on other parts of the system, either during the weekend or the following week, see MTA Info or The Weekender
