Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Vicinity

On this coming Easter and Passover weekend there are minimal planned disruptions to service at local subway stations. R trains will be diverted to the D and M lines between DeKalb Avenue and Queens Plaza, but N trains will be taking the R’s usual route between these points, so there will be service in both directions at Court Street and on the R platforms at Jay Street-Metro Tech. C trains will be running on a reduced schedule–approximately once every fifteen minutes–but A trains should be running as normal.

The following week, Monday, April 6 to Friday, April 10, each night from 11:45 p.m. to 5:00 a.m., there will be no service in either direction at Clark Street, as 2 trains will not be running between Chambers Street and Atlantic Terminal–Barclays Center (3 trains do not operate below Times Square during these hours). Use the 4, A, or N as an option. Also, each night at 10:00 p.m. R trains will stop running an hour earlier than usual, but N trains will take their place for service to and from Court Street and Jay Street/Metro Tech.

For planned service changes that may affect travel on other parts of the system, either during the weekend or the following week, see MTA Info or The Weekender.
