This week’s Subway Service Alerts are virtually identical to last week’s. This weekend, from 11:45 p.m. Friday, December 12 to 5:00 a.m. Monday, December 15–there will be no service in either direction on the R and (late night) N line at Court Street or Jay Street/Metro Tech. R and N trains will be routed over the Q line between DeKalb Avenue in Brooklyn and Canal Street in Manhattan. This service interruption will continue during the following weekend, December 19-22.
The following week, there will be no service on the 4/5 line at Borough Hall in either direction each night between the hours of 11:45 pm. and 5:00 a.m. Monday, December 15 to Friday, December 19. During these times, 3 train service will be extended to New Lots Avenue.
