Tomorrow (Thursday, October 23) evening at 6:30, Jonathan Lethem, author of The Fortress of Solitude, along with writer Brian Berger “will take a look back at one of the novel’s central characters: the dynamic, racially-charged and rapidly-changing streets of 1970s Brooklyn.” The discussion will be moderated by Andy Newman of The New York Times. The Fortress of Solitude has been adapted as a musical play by Daniel Aukin, and is now playing at the Public Theater.
