An excellent opportunity to add Cadman Plaza Park neighbors to Community Board 2. This summer’s events have been too loud, too long, and too often.

  • Robert Perris

Mary, the NYPD, parks department and Community Board 2 are already in conversation about the loud special events in Cadman Plaza Park. I discourage single-issue folks from applying to join community board committees.

    Robert,
Are folks who live here also in the conversation group? Our neighborhood is changing, and fast. We need our voices to be heard and to be kept in the loop.

@ Mary, Absolutely too loud, too loud, too loud. Voices for our neighborhood need to be heard, besides the BHA’s.

To the extent that residents have made complaints to the city and in the media, yes, they are part of the conversation … and they have been heard.

Thank you for the clarification. Will there be an open hearing?
