Earlier this week, news broke of plans being filed for the “eyesore” location at 153 Remsen Street. Quinlan Development Group will build a 19 story tower there:
The Real Deal: The site at 153 Remsen Street will offer 60 units across 75,000 square feet, and roughly 4,575 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The 19-story property, to be designed by architecture firm Perkins Eastman, will rise 185 feet, records show.
