BuzzBuzz Home reports that units at the former police precinct at 72 Poplar Street are on the market. Prices range from “$2.55 million for a 1,877-square-foot three-bedroom to $3.995 million for a 2,000-square-foot penthouse,” the site reports.
Apartments feature top of the line appliances and interior design by Richard Mishaan.
Sales were originally rumored to happen last fall when the building’s website went live. At that time, 72 Poplar’s marketing was said to be targeted at “urban hipsters.”
