Grace Church, 245 Hicks Street (corner of Grace Court, between Joralemon and Remsen streets) will have its annual Winterfair this coming Saturday, February 1, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. On sale will be children’s clothes, books, and toys; women’s and men’s clothing; flowers and plants; “Gracious Gourmet” frozen meals; baked goods; picture frames; household goods; sports equipment; books; CDs; DVDs; and vinyl records. There will be a kids’ cafe and a luncheon cafe, and music by harpist Marge Fitts.
Traditionally, the Winterfair has included a silent auction and gala evening event. This year, because of space restrictions caused by Grace Church’s renovation, the silent auction and gala will be held on April 5, when you will be able to see the star-spangled ceiling and other restored features of the nave.
If you have items you would like to donate for sale at the Winterfair, please take them to Grace Church by Thursday of this week during office hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
