Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Vicinity

There are no planned route diversions, cancellations, or station skips that directly affect service at any local stations this coming weekend. The following week, from 11:45 p.m. until 5:00 a.m., Monday, December 9 to Wednesday, December 11, Brooklyn bound A trains will be diverted to the F line between West 4th Street in Manhattan to Jay Street-Metro Tech. This means no service from Manhattan to High Street. To get to the North Heights from West 4th or above in Manhattan, you can either get off the A at York Street in DUMBO or take it to Jay and catch a Manhattan bound A back to High. To get to the Heights from Manhattan below West 4th, use the 2 train to Clark Street (the 3 won’t be running from 12:45 a.m. to 5:00 a.m Tuesday to Friday) or 4 train to Borough Hall.

For planned service changes that may affect travel on other parts of the system, see MTA Info or The Weekender.
