There was a visual conjunction of the moon and the planet Venus, the two brightest objects in the evening sky, this evening (click on photo twice to enlarge). “Conjunction” means that they appear, from our point of view on earth, to be close together, although they are millions of miles apart. Your correspondent got this photo from the roof of 57 Montague Street, looking over Two Montague Terrace.
