Subway Service Alerts: Brooklyn Heights and Vicinity

Rrrrrrgh! This weekend, from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5:00 a.m Monday, there will be no service on the R or (late night) N in either direction at Court Street or Jay Street-Metro Tech, as those trains are being diverted to the Q line over the Manhattan Bridge between DeKalb Avenue and Canal Street. Use the 2. 3, 4, or F, all of which will be running normally. You can also use the A or C at High Street or Jay to get to Manhattan, but there will be no Brooklyn bound service on that line at High Street, as Brooklyn bound As and Cs will be diverted to the F between West 4th Street in Manhattan and Jay Street.

The following week, there will be no service on the R/N line at Court Street or Jay Street each night from !1:30 p.m to 5:00 a.m., starting at 11:00 p.m. on Monday and ending at 5:00 a.m. Friday.

Apart from these, there are no planned diversions, cancellations, or skipped stations directly affecting service at any local stations. For service changes affecting travel on other parts of the subway system, check MTA Info.
