The planned changes affecting service at local stations this weekend mean there will be less service from here to Manhattan. A and C trains to Manhattan are being diverted over the F line between Jay Street-Metro Tech and West 4th Street from 10:45 p.m. Friday to 5:00 a.m. Monday. So, no Manhattan bound service at High Street. Fortunately, the 2 and 3 should be running normally, so North Heightsers can use those from Clark Street as alternatives. Also, there will be no Manhattan bound service at Court Street or at the R/N platform at Jay Street, as R and (late night) N trains will be diverted over the Manhattan Bridge from 11:30 p.m. Friday to 5:00 a.m. Monday. The 2 or 3 at Clark or the 4 at Borough Hall are options. Service from Manhattan to Brooklyn on the A/C and R/N lines should be normal.
The following week, there will be no 4 train service in either direction at Borough Hall from 11:45 p.m.to 5:00 a.m. Monday to Friday. Use the 2, 3, or N (which replaces the R late at night) as options. Also, from 11:45 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. Monday to Friday, Brooklyn bound F trains will be diverted over the A line from West 4th Street to Jay Street; so, no service from Manhattan to York Street in DUMBO. Either get off at High Street and walk down the hill, or ride to Jay and get a Manhattan bound F from there back to York. To get to Brooklyn from one of the Lower East Side stations on the F–East Broadway, Delancey, 2nd Avenue, or Broadway-Lafayette–take an uptown F to West 4th and change there for a Brooklyn bound A or F.
