Dance Night Kicks Off At Brooklyn Bridge Park [VIDEO]

Too loud, it’s a residential neighborhood and a school night

Had a blast. Wish they’d do more!

what a great show! i’m thrilled that bric is bringing good, quality music to the park, particularly with the fantastic view of the city! and over by 10pm, just delightful.

Anyone hear all drunks heading over the footbridge? it was way too loud. All windows shut and instill heard it. Was trying to read and relax. But no I had to listen to lousy music

The BBPConservancy could easily set a limit on the sound level just like the Park has a limit on the night lighting. The simple and obvious question is: Why don’t they set a limit on the audio output to protect the thousands of people living nearby?

The dance party attracted lots of families with young children and they had a blast. If it hadn’t been for them, the dance floor would have been empty because the “cool hipsters” were merely standing around.
