Anyone shopping for a mattress at Sleepy’s (116 Montague Street) over the weekend got quite a wake-up call, as the front windows were completely removed for replacement. Brrr! Expansion of the former one-story building has been in works since 2009, when the Landmarks Preservation Commission approved the design of three additional residential stories, designed by architect John S. Newman of Lindsay Newman Architecture in Manhattan.
