The Friends of the Brooklyn Heights Branch Library will hold a Trustees Meeting—open to the public—on Tuesday, January 29, at 6:30 p.m. in the second floor Children’s Room of the library at 280 Cadman Plaza West. At 7, The VP of Government & Community Relations will address the impending sale of the building.
It was announced January 15 that as part of a systemwide Brooklyn Public Library shakeup, several branches will be moving, downsizing and/or consolidating, as the system shifts to digital media and services. Among the targets is Brooklyn Heights’ Cadman Plaza branch.
