The MTA has a Chanukah present–no, not the big one, the restoration of R train service between Brooklyn and Manhattan; that will have to wait at least until Boxing Day, and more likely until New Year’s–for Brooklyn Heights. The good news is, there are no planned diversions that will affect service (apart from the continuing lack of service on the R at Court Street) at local stations either this weekend or the following week.
