The Thin Line Between Light & Darkness

After four nights shrouded in darkness following Hurricane Sandy, Con Edison reports that power has been restored to much of the Lower East Side and East Village and parts of Chelsea. Actually that photo shows downtown and the financial district, only up to the court buildings around Foley Square. Reminds me when ABC TV once claimed that 60 Pine Street was the Empire State Building.
