Pumpkinman Coming to Cranberry Street

The space at 37 Cranberry Street, formerly occupied by Browning Frames and Prints, looks to have a new tenant. While the windows are covered, a sign hangs on the door reading “Pumpkinman”.

You don’t have to be a weatherman to know which way the wind blows, but knowing your Brooklyn Heights “celebrity residents” may help here a little. Could this be the new outpost for the Heights’ very own “Pumpkinman” Hugh McMahon?

    I know that “Pumpkinman” usually has workshop space at the Chelsea Market in the month or two before Halloween. It would be fun to have him have his workshop in the Heights, but I doubt he would have that space year-round. Let’s wait and see….
