Cosmo’s Moon Returns

Star gazers in Brooklyn Heights can note that “Cosmo’s Moon” aka a supermoon returns tonight. The larger and brighter full moon was made famous in the Brooklyn Heights based motion picture Moonstruck. Read our piece about its appearance here last year.

    And it’s still running, uncut and with no commercials, on Cinemax. You get to see all the old stores—Michael’s Liquors, the deli that was there before Tutt, etc.—when you watch. And see how much better Cranberry Street looks nowadays. Always with, sigh, the old WTC in the background…
