Tomorrow (Wednesday, September 17) at 12:30 P.M., in front of Borough Hall, a group of colorfully costumed Buddhist monks from the tiny Himalayan nation of Bhutan will perform what Mommy Poppins describes as “their mesmerizing ancient Tantric Buddhist demon subjugation dance, called Cham.”
