Lost a Yorkie in Brooklyn Heights? He’s Been Found and Looking for a Reunion

As reported yesterday, BHB reader “Paul” found a Yorkie at Garden Place and State Street. The pooch had no ID tags or microchip. While a few readers have volunteered to adopt the pup (we call him “Thom Yorkie“… ahem) it would be super awesome if he were to be reunited with is owner.

Note:  The Yorkie has been placed with a new family.  Read Paul’s update here.

We’ve created a flyer to get the word out. We’re asking our readers to responsibly (and legally) post around the area. Download it after the jump.

Is it possible that this is “Thiller” that a gentlemen was calling for the other morning (I heard him on Pierrepont Street) – clearly upset that Thriller had gone missing?

it is unusual that a pure bred dog nowadays does not have a microchip. It does not look like an old dog.
those yorkies are pretty expensive, I’m surprised.

Probably a good idea to contact all the local veterinary clinics (Heights, Cobble Hill, Dumbo, Boerum Hill). I know if my little one went missing, I’d be making the rounds making sure they have my info.
