In the search field type: noise code The first thing that pops up is the noise code booklet.
FYI: For the person whose neighbor walks their dog at 5AM every morning, the noise code states that at that hour a dog cannot bark for more than 5 minutes straight before it becomes an issue. After that you can report it to 311.
