Michael Lewis
Police say that this man, 22-year-old Michael Lewis, approached a 5-year-old girl on DeKalb Ave. near Flatbush Ave. Extension yesterday around 5:00 p.m., reaching under her skirt and biting her ear. Lewis, of no known fixed address, then fled the scene, according to the NYPD report. He is described as being 5’10”, 165 pounds, and with distinctive tattoos on his face and neck.
