This morning at around 8:49 am, jackhammering began in front of 26 Willow Street in the North Heights. Loud? Yes. Rocked the BHB HQ like nobody’s business? Yes.
A BHB tipster informs us that they called Liberty Water Main & Sewer to find out how long the jackhammering would continue this morning. The person who answered the phone claimed she had no idea how long it would take. Regarding the noise she added, “isn’t a clogged sewer worse?”
