The Brooklyn Eagle reports on neighborhood frustration over the Red Hook Ikea shuttle bunging up traffic on Joralemon Street:
Brooklyn Eagle: Ikea Shuttles…: Congestion on Joralemon Street has increased in any case since the experimental elimination of left turns from Adams Street onto Tillary Street. Traffic that would normally make a left turn onto Tillary is now pouring onto Joralemon Street — not only cars and city buses, but fleets of tour buses heading toward the Waterfalls exhibit at Fulton Ferry Landing and the free weekend Pier 1 shuttle bus. Idling, exhaust-belching IKEA buses have only added to the traffic mess.
