    A great idea, except that no cell-phone use was allowed in the houses.

    Andrew, I believe the reason for the rule against cell phones is that many if not most include cameras, and the owners don’t want photos (which I suppose would be useful to burglars “casing the joint”) taken in the premises.

    Why would you NEED to use a cell phone in someone’s house during a house tour?
