NY Post – Welcome to Brooklyn "Paul Giamatti lives in Brooklyn Heights," says one gawker. "Last Halloween he painted his face like a lion and cruised around with his son. They're always at the playground in DUMBO or on Montague Street. I saw him and his wife a few weeks ago swimming at the YMCA on Court Street. Their kid was obsessed with some rubber ducks in the pool."
While that quote from the Post article really freaks us out (stalker anyone?), we think it's awesome the Paul is our neighbor. Heck, the man was in Sideways AND Planet of the Apes! And for those of you just tuning into pop culture, Paul's dad, Bart, was Commissioner of Baseball until his death in 1989.
As for the other neighborhood celebs, we have yet to have Norman Mailer, Kyan Douglas or Connie Nielson sightings. (Note to Kyan – brooklynheightsblog would love to be at your wedding in May 2007!)
