Another Middagh Street House for Sale

Curbed notes that 30 Middagh Street is for sale once again while also mentioning a certain BHB commenter’s recent sale in the “nabe”:

Curbed: It looks like 30 Middagh Street in Brooklyn Heights is the latest to join the increasingly crowded and competitive townhouse market in the area. The place is asking $2,990,000 after selling for $2,095,000 back in 2005. It’s a charming house, but the floorplan is looking a little claustrophobic to us, but it looks like someone bit on a somewhat similar house on Middagh.

    This house was in the McCarthy family for many years – passed on from the parents to their son and daughter in the 1990s. It was given an award at the BHA in the 1990s for the renovation they did to the front of the building. It was then sold in 2005 to the Berkleys.
