It’s “Elle” on the Promenade.

At about 5:30 this afternoon, I heard a diesel engine idling on Pierrepont Place, looked out my window, and saw a Gray Line tour bus parked as a bevy of blondes in pink dresses were exiting the top deck and heading for the Promenade. I (of course) followed them out, and saw them assembling for a photo shoot, apparently as part of some Reese Witherspoon/Laura Bell Bundy as Elle Woods look-alike contest.

(Could it be a promo for this new MTV Show? - ed.)

Yes, indeed, Chief. The bus had that very “The Search for Elle Woods” logo emblazoned on both flanks. - C.S.
