Stop Work Order at 75 Pineapple Street

BHB reader Andrew Porter sends word that a stop work order has been issued to 75 Pineapple Street. Anyone know more details? We passed there yesterday and there seemed to be some “critters” living in the facade at 71 Pineapple.

    Can someone please give a brief history on what has led up to what appears to be a partial renovation?

    I pass the building frequently and have often wondered about whether it’s been or is inhabited. Of course, it seems in dire shape.
