On Tuesday December 7th at 7pm, sip on local wine and taste seasonal fare at the Brooklyn Heights Wine Bar‘s Winemaker Dinner. The dinner features the wines of Brooklyn Oenology and Chef Chris Penn’s cuisine. Winemaker Alie Shaper and Heights Chateau’s wine expert Matthew LaSorsa will also be there to talk about wine pairings. The delicious menu includes Tuna Tartare paired with Social Club White and Pork Shank with Polenta & Brussel Sprouts paired with Merlot.
