Indeed, gorgeous shot. Incidentally, lately I’ve noticed workers out on Pier 2 doing what appears to be some welding or similar work. I didn’t think that pier was slated for any change for at least a couple years but could that be coming sooner? It’s possible they’re just using it as a work space for now too…

My identification of specific colours is not always 100%. Could someone positively identify the – I think they are purple but may be wrong – flowers in the Northeast segment of the photograph?
