Hoochie Heights: Taste Some Moonshine Tonight

Heights Chateau [123 Atlantic Avenue] will host  a tasting tonight from 5:30pm – 8:30pm of real moonshine from Kings County Distillery:

White lightning, mountain dew, hooch are just a couple names that true Moonshine goes by. However, Kings County moonshine is a tad more sophisticated, hailing products from New York State + Scotland. Stop by and meet the gentleman behind New York City’s Oldest Whiskey Distillery.

    I think moonshine is technically any liquor from an unlicensed still. Meaning not this. Looking forward to tasting it, though!

    Tried the moonshine. Not so harsh as what i tried in Florida many years ago. Still (ahem!) waiting for their bourbon and unaged rye.
