The New York Daily News writes about Brooklyn becoming a regular "college town" since many students are either attending school or living in dorms here in Brooklyn Heights. One benefactor of this injection of academic blood are nabe restaurants:
New York Daily News: Brooklyn Becoming…: Businesses in Brooklyn Heights are already benefiting from students there. Since last fall, six restaurants have offered student meals through the privately based Off-Campus Meal Plan.
"This semester we've seen more of the meal plan cards," said Nick Likourentzos, an owner of Park Plaza Restaurant.
