Back in January 2006, Brownstoner reported that the “Moonstruck House” at 19 Cranberry Street was on the market for $5 million. It sat there. Why? Who knows. Today it’s been freshly listed by Corcoran for $3.95 million. Will buyers “snap out of it” and grab this Brooklyn Heights landmark at this price?
