This afternoon at 5:00 Grace Church will hold its annual blessing of the animals, in honor of the feast of St. Francis of Assisi. At last year’s event, one of the Holbrooke chickens surprised the Rector, the Rev. Stephen Muncie, and others in attendance, by producing an egg while receiving the blessing. Video after the jump.
