Construction at 200 Clinton – Looks Like a Restaurant

The work crew at 200 Clinton Street,  the former location of a walk-in clinic,  tell Brownstoner that a cafe is being built there.  While no other info on what type of establishment is planned, a quick look at DOB permits filed tell us that a kitchen and stalls are planned.  Could it be a diner or maybe some sort of franchise joint?
