The line is stretching around the block but no one’s complaining—that’s because Junior’s is celebrating its 60th anniversary by giving away slices of their famous cheesecake for only 60 cents. And those who order a meal get a slice on the house. TGIF!
I passed by the yesterday, and the line snaked down the block. There must have been about 100 people waiting. I like Junior’s cheesecake, but not enough to wait an hour to save 5 bucks? It’s not like it’s something exclusive.
That’s just me, and I’m just sayin’!
New Yorkers will wait in line for anything.
